Fuel Reconciliation

Evidence-grade reconciliation that captures loading and delivery volumes, corrects for temperature, and flags losses immediately to close the theft and leakage loop.

Fuel Reconciliation

1. Automated In-vs-Out Auditing

Manual reconciliation is prone to human error and intentional manipulation. Our software removes the pen and paper from the equation.

  • Digital Loading Capture: We integrate with the refinery's loading meters or use our Precision Fuel Probes to record the exact volume at the moment of departure.
  • Delivery Verification: Upon arrival at the destination, the system captures the final volume before and after the discharge valves are opened.
  • The Delta Report: The software instantly calculates the Delta (the difference). If you loaded 40,000 liters and only delivered 39,800, the system flags the 200-liter loss immediately.

2. Temperature-Corrected Transparency

In extreme climates fuel volume changes based on heat. Thieves often use thermal expansion as an excuse for missing fuel.

  • Physics-Based Accuracy: Our capacitive sensors measure fuel temperature in real-time.
  • Standardization: The software automatically adjusts the volume data to a standard temperature (e.g., 15C), ensuring that a loss on the report is a real physical loss, not just a weather-related change.

3. Closing the Corruption Loop

Fuel Reconciliation provides the data needed to hold every stakeholder in the supply chain accountable.

  • Driver Scorecards: By tracking reconciliation data over time, you can identify which drivers consistently arrive with 100% of their cargo and which ones have leakage issues.
  • Route Profitability: You can see which specific routes or regions have the highest rates of fuel loss, allowing you to adjust your Geofence Enforcement or RRU deployment.
  • Evidence for Claims: If there is a major shortage, you have a time-stamped, GPS-verified digital audit trail to present to insurance companies or law enforcement.
