Hatch Integrity
BLE-based hatch monitoring that detects openings instantly, applies contextual logic for severity, and protects both cargo quantity and fuel quality in transit.

1. The Invisible Tripwire
Traditional mechanical seals on a hatch can be tampered with and glued back together. Your BLE sensors work on a different principle: they monitor the magnetic field between the hatch and the tank body.
- Wireless Resilience: Because they use BLE, there are no wires for a thief to cut or short-circuit.
- Instant Proximity Detection: The moment the magnetic bond is broken even by a few centimeters the sensor wakes up and transmits a Hatch Open signal to the onboard gateway.
- Tamper Alerts: If someone tries to shield the sensor with a magnet or remove the sensor itself, the Heartbeat signal is interrupted, triggering an immediate alert.
2. High-Priority Breach Alerts
In our 24/7 Command Center, a hatch opening is treated with the highest level of urgency.
- Contextual Logic: If a hatch opens while the truck is in a Green Zone (like a loading refinery), the system logs it as a standard event. If it opens anywhere else, it is a High-Priority Breach.
- Automatic Camera Trigger: The moment the hatch sensor is tripped, your Command Center can automatically pull the live feed from the AI Cabin Camera or external cameras to see who is on top of the tank.
- Zero-Delay Reporting: Because the sensor is linked to your Iridium/Starlink backhaul, the alert reaches your controllers in seconds, not minutes.
3. Preventing Contamination and Adulteration
Theft is not the only risk; Adulteration (adding water or low-quality liquids to the fuel) is a major problem in some region.
- Seal Integrity: By ensuring the hatch is never opened between the source and the destination, you guarantee the Quality of Product.
- Digital Handshake: Like the valves, the hatch sensors can be part of a Geofence Unlock protocol, where the system only "expects" a hatch to open at verified coordinates.
