AI Fatigue Detection

Real-time in-cab analysis that flags drowsiness, distraction, and unsafe behavior before it becomes an incident—paired with a command-center loop for intervention.

AI Fatigue Detection

1. Real Time Biometric Monitoring

Our specialized in-cab AI cameras do not just record video; they perform high-speed mathematical analysis of the driver's face in real time.

  • Drowsiness Detection: The AI tracks the PERCLOS (percentage of eye closure). If the driver's eyelids droop or eyes remain closed for more than a fraction of a second, the system flags it as micro sleep.
  • Yawn & Posture Analysis: Frequent yawning or a nodding head triggers a Warning alert at the Command Center, signaling that a driver is reaching a dangerous level of exhaustion.

2. Distraction & Behavior Alerts

The AI is programmed to identify behaviors that lead to high-speed collisions or security breaches.

  • Mobile Phone Usage: If the camera detects a phone near the driver's ear or eyes, an instant Violation alert is sent to your staff.
  • Gaze Tracking: If the driver looks away from the road for more than two seconds (e.g., looking at a passenger or a screen), the AI triggers an in-cab audible warning.
  • Smoking or Eating: In high-risk fuel tankers, the AI can be set to alert the Command Center if a driver lights a cigarette or is distracted by food.

3. The Intervention Loop

The true value of X INFINITY GROUP is what happens after the AI detects a problem.

  • In-Cab Warning: The hardware emits a loud, sharp tone and a voice command to immediately wake or refocus the driver.
  • Command Center Triage: Your controllers receive a 10 second video clip of the event. They can see exactly what the driver was doing.
  • Active Intervention: If the driver appears incapacitated, the controller uses the Starlink backhaul to call the driver directly or, if necessary, executes the Remote Immobilisation to bring the vehicle to a safe stop at the next possible location.
