Digital Valve Seals

Intelligent electronic seals that lock down discharge valves, generate tamper alarms, and create a verified chain of custody from loading to off-loading.

Digital Valve Seals

1. Beyond the Bolt-Cutter: The Electronic Barrier

Mechanical locks are dumb once they are broken, they provide no data. Our Electronic Security Seals are intelligent sensors integrated into the tanker's discharge valves.

  • Tamper Alerts: If an attempt is made to force the seal or bypass the valve, the sensor detects the physical interference and sends an immediate Critical Tamper alert to the 24/7 Command Center via Iridium Satellite.
  • Encrypted Locking: These seals do not use physical keys that can be copied. They are managed through encrypted digital tokens, ensuring that only authorized personnel at specific locations can generate an Unlock command.

2. The Digital Fingerprint

Every single interaction with the discharge valve is recorded in an unchangeable digital ledger.

  • User ID Logging: The system requires a digital ID (RFID or biometric) to initiate an opening. This creates a clear Chain of Custody, identifying exactly which employee or contractor accessed the cargo.
  • GPS & Timestamping: Every time a valve is opened or closed, the system logs the precise GPS coordinates and a timestamp. If a valve is opened outside of a designated Green Zone the Command Center is alerted instantly.

3. Remote Authorization

To prevent internal theft or driver coercion, we can implement a Dual Key protocol.

  • Command Center Release: The valve remains electronically locked even if the driver is at the destination. The seal only releases once the Command Center verifies the truck's location via Starlink/Iridium and sends a remote digital handshake to the valve.
  • Geofence Interlock: The software can be programmed so that the valve physically cannot open unless the GPS coordinates match the authorized off-loading site.
