1. The Green Zone (Authorised Corridor)
Our Command Center maps out the exact Safety Ribbon for every journey, from point A to point B.
- Precision Mapping: These are not just lines on a map; they are high-precision corridors that account for official rest stops, fuel stations, and customs checkpoints.
- Dynamic Routing: If a road is blocked or a detour is required, our controllers must manually update the Green Zone in real time. If the driver takes a detour without authorization, the system treats it as a security breach.
2. The Black Zone (High-Risk / Prohibited Areas)
We identify and digitally red line areas known for illegal siphoning, rebel activity, or unauthorized off-loading.
- Zero Tolerance: If a tanker's GPS coordinates intersect with a Black Zone, the system does not wait for a human to notice, it triggers a Category 1 Emergency Alarm at the Command Center instantly.
- Unscheduled Stops: Any stop longer than 5 minutes outside of a designated Green rest area is flagged. This prevents the incremental theft common in rural areas where drivers might stop to sell small amounts of fuel.
3. Remote Engine Immobilisation
This is our Fail Safe for your cargo. Our hardware is integrated directly into the vehicle's CAN-bus or fuel pump system.
- Immediate Lockdown: Once a violation is confirmed (e.g., entering a Black Zone or unauthorized stopping), our controllers can send a command via Iridium Satellite to safely cut the engine power.
- Anti-Tamper Protection: The immobilisation happens at the hardware level. Even if a hijacker cuts the GPS wires, the default state of the vehicle can be set to Lock, meaning the truck cannot be moved until our Command Center sends a digital Release code.
