1. 0.5% Accuracy (The Anti-Siphoning Shield)

The biggest challenge in fuel logistics is incremental theft.

• High Resolution: Our probes are accurate to within 0.5%. This means if anyone siphons even a single jerrycan of fuel, the sensor detects the minute drop in the liquid's dielectric constant and volume.
• No Moving Parts: Unlike old fashioned mechanical floats that can get stuck or be held down with a magnet, capacitive probes use electrical fields to weigh the fuel. They cannot be easily tricked by physical interference.

2. ATEX / Intrinsically Safe (IS) Certification

Safety is the primary concern for many oil & gas companies. Inserting electronics into a tank full of explosive vapor is dangerous unless the equipment is top tier.

• Explosion Proof: Our probes are ATEX-certified, meaning they are designed to operate in Zone 0 (the most hazardous environment). They use such low electrical energy that a spark is physically impossible, ensuring the tanker never becomes a bomb.
• Eaton MTL Integration: The sensors are backed by our Eaton MTL safety barriers, providing a firewall between the fuel tank and the truck's electrical system.

• Real Time Delta Analysis: If the fuel level drops while the truck's engine is off or while it is moving (indicating a leak or rolling siphoning), the system triggers an Immediate Theft Alert.
• Fuel Temperature Compensation: Fuel expands in the heat of the summer and shrinks in the winter. Our sensors automatically adjust for temperature, so your Digital Twin never shows a false loss due to weather changes.
